Helping Children feel safe

Dear Parents,

Please find attached a short guide to help support conversations with your children at home. We hope it offers some helpful reassurance and practical guidance.

Year leaders will also be in touch shortly with further information regarding arrangements for Tuesday and Wednesday, now that the details have been finalised.

Please take care, and as always, our priority is that every child feels safe, supported and emotionally secure.

With care,
VHPS Team

Cancellation of VHPS Community Ramadan Iftar

Dear Parents,

In light of the current situation and after careful consideration, we have taken the decision to cancel the upcoming Community Iftar that was re-scheduled for the 11th March. The safety and wellbeing of our school community will always remain our highest priority.

For parents who have purchased Iftar tickets, refunds will be processed by our Accounts Team in the coming days. The team will contact you directly regarding the refund process. Should you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to the school Accounts Office.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to bringing our community together for future events when circumstances allow.

Regards,

VHPS Team
