Children’s Mental Health Day – Inside Out

Dear Parents,

In recognition of Children’s Mental Health Week, our Student Wellbeing Ambassador, Athina, and the Wellbeing Champions, are organising an Inside Out-themed Dress-Up Day on Friday 7th February, to celebrate this year’s theme, ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’, which highlights the importance of self-awareness.

Students are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite Inside Out character, wear colours representing emotions, or turn their shirts inside out to symbolise looking at feelings from within.

Join us as we celebrate self-awareness, creativity, and kindness!

Regards,

VHPS Team

Venue: Primary School Gym

Time: 08:00 am
Date: Thursday, 6th February
We highly encourage all parents to attend this valuable discussion.
