Dear Parents,

On 23rd April, we are celebrating the beauty and brilliance of books in the cosiest way possible! Children are invited to come to school in their pyjamas, slip on their slippers, and bring along a favourite bedtime story or a book filled with powerful facts to share with their friends.

To make the day even more special, they can bring a pillow or a stuffed animal to snuggle up with as they get lost in the magic of reading.

This is a chance to immerse ourselves in stories, explore new worlds, and celebrate the different ways we love to read – whether it’s a bedtime story, an audiobook, a comic, or a non-fiction book, all reading counts!

We can’t wait for a device free day filled with stories, imagination, and the joy of reading!
