As we prepare for sports in the upcoming year at VHPS, we always seek new opportunities for our students. To gain an insight into some of our student’s abilities we are looking at gathering information on the young golfers that we have.
Please only fill the form out if;
– Your son/daughter is in Year 3/4/5/6
– Your son/daughter has played/is playing golf regularly
– Your son/daughter has a handicap score
– Your son/daughter may be interested in competing at golf events during the year
