Morning Drop-off Communication

Dear Year 1-6 Parents,

To help keep our morning drop-off safe and efficient for everyone, may we remind parents to please ensure that U-turns are avoided in this area. Such manoeuvres disrupt the flow of traffic and pose a serious risk to both other road users and families crossing the road.

Please can we also request that parents do not park in the designated drop-off spaces outside Gate 4. These spaces are intended for quick drop-off only, and parking in them causes congestion and delays for other families using the system.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in ensuring a smooth and safe start to the day for our whole community.

Chromebook Purchase

Dear Parents,
We have collaborated with LearnIT, our trusted partner for supplying Chromebooks this year.
As a Google Reference School we are extremely proud of our integration of technology within the school environment, and our use of Chromebooks throughout the school has been praised by numerous parties.
Having a ChromeOS device is mandatory for children in Years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
It is becoming increasingly important to be digitally literate and having access to a device throughout the whole school day has proved invaluable to the students already benefiting from the 1:1 scheme.
You are welcome to source a machine from another supplier if you wish, please be aware that devices not purchased through LearnIT are subject to a 250 AED one time charge for enrolment on the school’s management system. This device must be a Chromebook (ChromeOS) device – Windows, MacOS and iPads are not permitted.
